SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

At Katon, we work hard to ensure your order is carefully packaged and shipped as quickly and securely as possible. All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the carrier, and while we do our best to provide accurate estimates, delivery dates are not guaranteed. Katon is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered at the time of purchase. 

For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist you promptly. We are committed to making sure your experience with Katon — from checkout to first use — reflects the same quality and care that goes into every knife we build.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

At Katon, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every knife we produce. As a small, independent outdoor company, we are not currently able to offer traditional returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction means everything to us. If any part of your knife arrives damaged or requires replacement, we are more than happy to provide the necessary parts and work directly with you to make it right. We stand behind our products and are always available to answer questions, address concerns, and ensure your experience with us exceeds expectations — both in the product and experience!
